All goods are delivered by courier unless otherwise agreed in advance.
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, we aim to despatch items within 2-3 working days. In the event that an item has a longer lead time, we will contact you with an estimated despatch date and you will have the option to cancel your order for this item if the date is unacceptable.
Where your order includes multiple items, we may deliver in part shipments. Unless otherwise agreed with you in advance, this will not affect the delivery charges stated on your order.
Acceptance of Goods
All our shipments require a signature at delivery. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the shipment. If there is no one at the address, the courier will leave a card showing that they have tried to make the delivery and explaining how to arrange a new delivery or collection. The carrier will attempt to deliver items a maximum of twice. Charges for extra delivery attempts, change of delivery address, or consignments returned to us due to a failed delivery will be payable by you.
When receiving goods, please check them carefully for signs of possible damage before you sign to say that you have received them in good condition. If you see any signs of external damage, we recommend that, if possible, you open and inspect the item to see if the contents have any visible damage. If you are unable to unpack at the time of delivery please ensure you mark the carrier’s paperwork as ‘Packaging damage, item not inspected’ and do not tick any ‘Received in good condition’ box.
In the unlikely event that you receive a package that is obviously damaged beyond all levels of acceptability, please refuse the delivery. Do not sign for the item, and email us immediately stating the reason for refusal. We will then resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Delivery charges are calculated automatically as part of the checkout process.
The stated charges apply to deliveries on the UK mainland (excluding Highlands). Prices are available on request for delivery to other destinations worldwide.
The above points do not apply to auction items. Details of delivery/collection arrangements and charges are specific to each auction item and contained in the item description.
